How long have you been planning proposals and romantic events?

I’ve been planning proposals and romantic events for over twelve years. Before that I spent more than three decades working as a photographic producer, and it’s that background which really shapes the way I work today. Understanding exactly how a moment will translate into a final image means I plan every detail, from lighting to positioning, with the photograph and the memory in mind, not just the moment itself.

Do you only plan proposals?

No, not at all. Once a client finds us we tend to stay with them for years to come. Alongside proposals we plan romantic events, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays and engagement parties and for a small number of select clients we also plan their weddings.

No. London is where a large part of my work happens but I also plan luxury proposals across the UK and Europe. If you have a destination in mind, I would love to help bring it to life.

You can absolutely plan a proposal yourself. A proposal planner simply saves you time, stress and uncertainty, whilst giving you access to exclusive venues, trusted suppliers and expert guidance to help create a truly memorable experience. If you work with us you can relax and enjoy the moment, you only have to remember the ring!

A bespoke proposal is designed around your relationship and love story, combining location, styling, logistics and personal touches to create a moment that feels uniquely yours.

Every proposal starts with a story. From the location to the music, to the smallest details, everything is chosen to reflect your relationship so the moment feels completely yours.

How do you create a proposal that feels natural and not staged?

The most meaningful proposals never feel like a “set-up”. We design everything around your story, your relationship and how you naturally spend time together. The styling enhances the moment, it never takes over it.

What is included in your planning services?

We offer a complete, end-to-end planning and creative direction service. This includes venue sourcing and booking, concept design and styling including all prop hire, supplier coordination (photography, videography, musicians, florists and more), comprehensive call sheets, supplier briefing and a detailed proposal plan sent to everyone, full set-up and de-rig and on-the-day coordination and timeline management. You are guided every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Do you provide photography, videography, content creators & musicians?

Yes, we work with some of London’s leading proposal photographers and videographers along with the finest musicians. We will recommend the right style for you, whether discreet, documentary-style coverage or a more editorial, styled shoot.

Do you work with international clients visiting London?

Yes, many of our clients travel to London specifically for their proposal. We manage everything remotely, providing clear communication, structured plans and detailed timelines so you feel confident and relaxed when you arrive.

Can you plan a proposal within a specific budget?

Absolutely, we will always be honest about what is achievable within your budget. London venue hire, photography and styling costs mean there is a minimum investment required for a luxury experience. If your budget is more limited, we can suggest simplified concepts or alternative ideas.

Are deposits refundable?

Our booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date, your venue, our team and supplier bookings. Venue fees and third-party suppliers are also subject to their own cancellation policies. Where possible, we will always try to offer solutions such as rescheduling, depending on timelines and availability.

Will the proposal be private?

We offer a range of options from fully private, exclusive venues to beautifully styled semi-private settings, depending on your preference and budget.

Can you include family or friends in the proposal?

Yes, we regularly design proposals that include family and friends either as a surprise or as part of the celebration afterwards. We carefully plan timing and positioning to keep the moment seamless and emotional.

Can you include our dog or family pet in the proposal?

What happens if it rains or plans need to change?

We always plan with contingencies in mind. This may include indoor backup options, flexible timings or alternative locations where possible.

Of course, and this is one of the most common reasons clients get in touch. Once we have talked through your ideas, your budget and your partner’s personality, I will curate a shortlist of proposal locations that feel completely personal to your story.

Many of the locations I recommend are not places clients would necessarily find through a simple online search, which is exactly the point.

There’s no single right answer, since it depends on the mood you’re after. A violinist tends to suit a romantic, elegant proposal moment, while a saxophonist works beautifully for the celebration afterwards. We also work with string quartets, guitarists, harpists and cultural musicians depending on what the couple has in mind.

Can you help us choose the music?

Yes, this is one of my favourite parts of the process. We’ll talk through favourite songs, meaningful memories and the atmosphere you’re hoping for, then recommend the right musician and playlist to match.

Can live musicians perform outdoors?

Yes, most of our musicians perform regularly in gardens, parks, private terraces and other outdoor settings. We always have a contingency plan in place in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Do you provide musicians as part of your proposal packages?

Yes. We work with a carefully chosen team of professional musicians with extensive experience performing at luxury marriage proposals and romantic events across London and the UK.

How far in advance should I book a proposal musician?

As with all of our suppliers, the earlier the better. Booking early gives us the widest choice of musicians and the best chance of securing your preferred date and performance style.

How far in advance should I book my proposal?

Ideally four to eight weeks gives us the best chance of securing exclusive venues and suppliers, although if you are planning something sooner, do get in touch. If there is a way to make it happen, I will find it.
