Love on Ice

We love it when our team gets to break out their skating shoes! Whether a roller disco, down on South bank, or in Armaan’s case, at the stunning Canary Wharf Ice Rink!

The venue meant so much to the happy couple having been the site of one of their early dates and we knew our team could coordinate with the on site events staff to stage the most memorable of all dates… until the wedding of course!

The changing LED light displays meant we could host the perfect light show to add romantic ambience from a discrete position, meaning both could be left in privacy for a little skate around in the heart of London’s trendiest districts. That is until our team of skaters began to dance around them! With personalised signs hidden on their person, they carefully spun round the couple moving them to the centre of the rink, as their chosen romantic song began to play through the speakers around them! Before they could tell what was happening, the dancers flipped their signs revealing the all important question! With a little planning and a whole lot of love, you too can have the perfect surprise proposal on a spectacular date night such as this. What better way to stay warm on winter nights in the city, than wrap yourself up in the arms of your loved one under a pink sky, and ask them to be yours forever…

We can’t thank the team of skaters at Canary Wharf enough for all their help, as well as our happy couple of course, for having such a unique idea at how to create the perfect winter wonderland proposal!
