Propose in lights at The Shard

Private dining at The Shard is the most perfect way to propose to your special someone. You get the romance of an intimate dinner with the privacy of your own, personally decorated room!

It’s also SO versatile! You can ask for the room to be decorated however you like – whether that’s traditional romantic with red rose petals and candles, or Disney themed from your favourite film – we will personalise the room to you!

For this proposal, Daniel wanted something special to surprise his soon to be fiancé with for their engagement. He wanted wow factor with elegance. We used our stunning 5-foot-tall light up ‘Marry me” letters to make the room look amazing, and of course, add the wow factor he was looking for. The colour scheme was blue and gold to go with the room, using thousands of petals, hundreds of candles and pictures of the couple filling the room. If that’s not special, I don’t know what is!

Daniel proposed and of course, she said yes! The couple then sat enjoying their delicious three-course meal at The Shard, surrounded by the most stunning view of London! They also enjoyed a romantic dance together, listening to all the songs that are special to them both.

After the proposal they had their post proposal photoshoot – so that they can remember and treasure the moment forever and show all their friends and family!

We are all so happy that we were able to make this evening perfect for Daniel and Michelle and wish them a very happy life together as husband and wife.
